Automatic liquid filling and capping machine is suitable to fill all types of liquids like syrup, oil, milk, juice etc which are without particles and the ropp capping machine tightens the aluminum caps on the glass bottles.
The 8 head liquid ffilling machine and 4 head capping machine will give speed of 40 bpm approx.
The contact parts are in SS304 and SS316 can be given on request.
AS you see the video the operator has to keep the bottles on the turn table and the bottle move towards filling machine one by one, and once bottles are below the nozzle the filling will start automatically. No bottles No filliing will be done , once filling is done the cap placement is automatic the machine will place the caps on bottles one by one and then it will tighten the caps.
