Once the containers are fed onto the conveyor, the Gapping device ensures only one container goes forward for labeling at a time. each container goes towards labeling further sensed by a product sensor which actuates the Pneumatic 3-point massage roller device. the container is grabbed by the 3 rollers for continuous rotation, immediately the label is dispensed & labeling is done. the labeled container is released on the conveyor to move forward. The same process is repeated for other containers. the special design of the label dispenser assures alignment of the label at high speed.
